Nairobi2055 is a public information and civic-imagination website. It is designed to collect as little personal data as possible.
Browsing Nairobi2055 does not require an account and does not ask for your personal information. The “Voices” you see are drawn from already-public social-media posts, credited with a link to the original source. Small preferences (such as which tab you last viewed) are stored only in your browser and never leave your device. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
If your public post is featured in Voices and you would like it removed, contact us and we will take it down promptly.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may process standard technical information (such as IP address) in server logs for security and delivery, per GitHub’s policies.
